I use this site to track my personal projects and share some of my passions and favorite topics, as well as thoughts that cross my mind or make me ponder.
My projects take on different shapes, from bonsai, programming, to Excel macros and simulations, thought exercises, to drawing and sketching.
As for topics that I blog about or re-share, they include nature, business, innovation, technology, programming, Open Source Software and ethics and values.
As to why these:
- Nature has been important to me since I was a child and I have always felt connected to it from the day that I strolled with my grandmother through her garden.
- Business because I have been involved in business for over 20 years in varied roles and industries and I was born into an entrepreneur family and have always been fascinated by its challenges.
- Innovation and technology in business are related to my work and personal interest in improving society through businesses. They are necessary the means for improvement and examples of human creativity.
- Programming is a hobby of mine that I came to develop recently trying to better understand my colleagues but also because I love automation and efficiency.
- Ethics and values their importance and relevance in our daily life
- Open Source , is the newest addition to my interests which comes from being involved in an Open Source company and being convinced of its underlying philosophy.
